Mentoring to experience FREEFLOW and OVERFLOW

Freeflow and Overflow are two items I would encourage anyone to include on the top of their daily "THINGS TO DO" LIST. Then keep moving them to the top of the list for each new day. This way they will constantly be infront of you as you shift towards actually developing these new habits of FREEFLOW and OVERFLOW as part of your daily routine.

I am sure that many want to experience life more abundantly. As I am equally sure that the intensity of keeping pace on the threadmill of life leaves many with limited available energy/time for much else.

Freeflow and Overflow can be a way to start rebuilding your personal freedom.

How many do you know who would actually choose to press the pause button on their current threadmill of life so as to step on to a new pathway of renewed energy and personal freedom?
Would such persons be willing to create the time to make new "time investments" in themselves, if they had a mentor they knew to help them to learn then slowly but surely develop momentum towards actually experiencing personal freedom while also taking care of the existing demands of life?

If you know anyone like that, do you care enough about them to learn a system yourself and be a mentor even while you are learning. A very effective way of shifting our personal energy, assimilating new information and experiencing a sense of fulfillment is by learning and mentoring others in lifechanging systems that work.

What is FREEFLOW you may ask. Well it is the name I have given to a personal "measurement target" individuals can set for themselves and then use to track progress atleast on a monthly basis.
In these time there is no doubt that there will be even more demands on our personal time as we attemp to maintain our family lifestyle.

At the same time the RISK PROFILE associated with getting and keeping our jobs will be even higher.

FREEFLOW is aimed at helping us to be more strategic and to take small consistent steps to give us a better RETURN ON TIME INVESTED while reducing our RISK EXPOSURE to the changing job market place.

The outcome in financial terms is to have P.I. (INCOME/CASHFLOW from other sources) being EQUAL TO or GREATER THAN the income/cashflow from the JOB.

The FREEFLOW% expresses this idea as a percentage. MONTHLY take your monthly P.I. and divide it by your TOTAL INCOME (P.I. plus JOB)then multiply it by 100. To attain the outcome the target is to reach and exceed 50%. ie 50%FreeFlow

The journey begins with taking small steps towards intentionally building-up the Freeflow%, 1% at at time.

The challenge is to consistently take steps in this new direction. Hence the suggestion to establish a realistic personal target as to which next BIRTHDAY do you want to actually experience blowing through the 50%FREEFLOW level.
Is it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd ..... 10th ... birthday from today?

Once you have the final date in mind then establish a target for each birthday working backwards.

For someone who chose to be at 50% FreeFlow or more on the fifth birthday from today then one suggested target schedule would be as follows:

5th next birthday = 50%Freeflow or more
4th next birthday = 40% or more
3rd next birthday = 30% or more
2nd next birthday = 20% or more
1st next birthday = 10% or more

Now that we have the targets for each birthday, what about EACH MONTH leading up to that birthday. Yes you guessed it, we need to set targets to support ourselves.

So continuing the example if your 1st BIRTHDAY from today is 10 months away and the target on that birthday is 10% FreeFlow or more, then the monthly FreeFlow% targets could be as shown below.

Month #1 = 1%Freeflow or more
Month #2 = 2%Freeflow or more
Month #3 = 3%Freeflow or more
Month #4 = 4%Freeflow or more
Month #5 = 5%Freeflow or more
Month #6 = 6%Freeflow or more
Month #7 = 7%Freeflow or more
Month #8 = 8%Freeflow or more
Month #9 = 9%Freeflow or more
1st next Birthday = 10%Freeflow or more.

So let us start the simple process of ESTABLISHING our FREEFLOW% targets in the midst of this treadmill we call life.

Armed with the targets we can then start opening up or minds and heart for the ideas to come to us as how to meet and exceed the targets.

In the absence of these WRITTEN TARGETS it may be even more challenging for us not to have our time totally consumed by the businesses of our threadmill of life.
